In honor of International Museum Day, celebrated on May 18, Panama’s Tourism Authority (ATP) launched a new website that lets users enjoy the city’s museums in a new virtual way. This virtual platform is an initiative so that people from home, can get to know more about the museums making up Panama’s cultural heritage.

Participating museums include Museo de la Mola, Museo Afroantillano, Bio Museo, Iglesia Las Mercedes, Explora Centro de Sciencias, MAC, Museo Libertad, and Museo de Botones.

Users can head to atp.gob.pa/museos to watch video capsules, view artwork, listen to podcasts, go on 3D tours, and download reading material – and hopefully, we can enjoy the museums once again soon!
