Panama continues to be the “Hub of the Americas” with the newly announced non-stop flight to Denver, Colorado.
The route will be operated by United Airlines with a Boeing 737-700 aircraft that has space for 118 passengers. The service will begin on December 3, 2014 and flight time will be approximately 4 and a half hours.
“This new route will provide a link between the premier connecting hub in North America at DIA with Panama City, the business and economic capital of Central America. [It] will also provide access to over 20 additional connecting markets in Central and South America via our strategic partners Copa Airlines.” said Steve Jaquith, United Airlines managing director.
It is hoped that this new route will help to increase tourism in Panama as well as the rest of Latin America.
