After being recently arrested, Justin Bieber has chosen Panama as a retreat away from the madness he is facing in the United States. He was spotted at a luxury resort in the Punta Chame area of Panama today with three other friends. He made quite the scandalous impression on this small country during his stay here a few months ago for his concert so it will be interesting to see what happens this time.
